When Archer was hit for a six suddenly there was Morgan, Jordan and Archer discussing how to go forward. When Sivamla got hit for six he was left to figure it out himself, with de Kock looking nonplussed behind the stumps. You need to encourage and coach young players, on the pitch ad well as in training
