Australia have started well. Best opening partnership of the summer of 18 before Harris was bowled by Broad.

We were talking last night - assuming England win this match, which seems likely, the final score will be the series drawn 2-2. Given that the rain affected draw was heading in England's direction, the final result of the series ends up being much closer than it has felt watching the individual games.

Australia have taken their eye of the ball here TBH.
The collapse in the fourth innings at Edgbaston set the tone.
Also Headingley was miracle.

England should consider themselves very lucky to sneak a draw in the series. Though having said that, they were missing their best bowler for the series, whereas Smith only missed a game and a half.
