Can anybody explain Burns head position? Can he only see out of his left eye?

Having succumbed and bought a NOW pass for the month I have the dubious pleasure of watching a bit of cricket. Two things stand out. Firstly, the sky coverage seems to have gone downhill. Is humour not allowed any more? The likes of Bumble and Gower don't seem to have much time. It is all a bit tedious and serious at times. Shame you can't sync TMS to the TV coverage. Through t'internet I'm about a minute behind and digital radio is about 30 seconds ahead. Uncle Bob is still on late night review show though, still as grumpy as ever and worth the entrance fee aloneš
Anyway, second point. Don't know what I missed, but every time Burns goes for one outside off stump he looks like a walking wicket. How is he in his seventies???

Agree with Boycott regarding Root's innings.

On the BBC text coverage, Root's wicket came 7 posts after the stat about him converting his last 3 Test 50s

Played an opener's innings today. Solid platform for the middle order to do their job.
