Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

Common one I think

Did the same today, looked out the window and put a coat on and regretted it after about 1.5 miles.

I’d just like to say that I introduced Mimz, (she’s my better half), to Fetcheveryone and encouraged her to do C25K. I think she’s enjoying C25K and she’s definitely enjoying Fetcheveryone as I’ve convinced her to sign up and pay a fee each month. This now means that we are a fully Fetch household and our boys will hopefully sign up one day, (they’re 7 months and 3). As for now I’ll just keep on encouraging Mimz and hope people get some motivation and enjoyment out of this forum.

Mimz great running

Well first run of week three on c25k was tough but still enjoyable. Breathing was a bit harder but more when going up hill. Just pleased I managed to complete it...looking forward to my next run

Well done :-) If your run sections are coinciding with hills, there's no wonder the breathing is harder. If you get to a point where you think you can't take the next step, just remember how far you've come from those 60 second runs from week 1.

Yeh my run sections are on hills so it does make it harder but unfortunately we live at the bottom of them so I hit one which ever way I start lol! Looking forward to tomorrow’s run though so fingers crossed I’ll feel the benefit 🤞🏼

So I’m on to week 6 as of today - can’t believe I’ve got this far but have certainly found the last few runs tough! Although I am really proud of myself for completing 20 minute run without walk rests on Saturday - massive achievement as I would never have thought I’d ever manage that! Legs were sore today for the shorter runs but I’m still going!!

That's fantastic Mimz. You totally deserve a pat on the back. Keep up the good work.
