Blimey there's some fast blighters doing the Cornish tomorrow isn't there? Will the top 10 all be sub 3.00? Having seen the start list it could well be possible.

Good luck everyone - weather forecast is dry and misty (although it's currently drizzling!) with brighter spells later on, not much wind, max temp 14C. Seems like a fairly good forecast. Hope to see you at the end.

Thank you ECH top notch event and thanks for the lovely weather too The goody bag was awesome, tech T shirt(nice colour), friut, choc, custard AND a medal
AND free cuppa tea and oggie
lovely marshalling
I just wish the road could be cordoned off at the end, it was horid dodging cars on tired legs Not sure what the solution is, an thats a main road isnt it
I have just checked and i DID do a course best by a minute or so, which i worked bloody haed for
