Walking IS something you can do problem free. Come on Elbow Man! Fix LD's elbow! She needs to be rumning and biking and swimming!

My legs are weary. I've cycled 1500m of ascent today, spread over 4 killer hills of 10% gradient. I only managed one without a rest and one I didn't get to the top of. Coming down them was nearly as bad as going up!

Ignore that. I thought it seemed a lot and goodness knows where I thought I saw that number. It felt like 1500m but was less than 400m...
