ANd Wiz - glad you made it round in one piece and in a weird way (sorry) glad I wasn't the only one suffering at 6 miles!!

I just saw my pictures... oh my good god. I need to find out who those two men are and thank them.

Strangely enough I quite like the close up one of me!!!!!!!!!

The only way to deal with it is, I would guess, train constantly in similar conditions. I would guess that Kenyans tend to have pretty hot weather in Kenya ;)

Hey Sarah. No worries, I'm pretty confident it wasn't just us feeling a bit rubbish up at Addison :-)

In terms of your knights in armour - from their bibs they are Brady R Coke, from Odessa Texas and Jose L Llanos from Cuidad Guayana in Argentina! Can we track them down?

Paul has about 100 pictures! And I've never ever seen a marathon foto of someone and thei wife sat down at the end!!! Nice one Paul! :)
