my flight is at 17.30 so I need to go shopping and then pack and start to get ready for the plane :-(

Legs are feeling fine although a bit tired, no new injuries .... who knows maybe I am recovered for NY and I can try a PB ...lol

Sounds like one hell of a tough day...yesterday that is, not today :-)

Sarah, great result given the state you were in, and glad you have recovered OK...on the positive side, you must be looking at your next Mara thnking you can blast a great time in "normal" conditions.

Well done everyone and sorry for not meeting up with you all. I was actually pretty busy with friends who had travelled to race as well, plus their family and friends who were spectating.

A fabulous weekend, but the toughest conditions for me since FLM 07. Managed a 4.04, but it was a real test to keep going and from Chinatown onwards will always represent a 'special nightmare' to me. I was amazed at how things can go so wrong, and so quickly.

Am at the airport now, awaiting the flight, then work tomorrow (and possibly a recovery run).
