I have blogged the bare bone basics. I was quite frightened having taken that medical piece of paper out of my rucksack and actually having read it!!!

Well done everyone who finished today. Sounds like absolute hell out there. Nice touch contro with the other 4 medals. Massive acheivment. And well done Sarah for finishing in what sounds like an absolute nightmare for you. Boys look after her tonight!
