settled down now after me tea, quite enjoyed this run. nice to run with hips,Homer and WrexhamRob for the first bit (until WR went girlbumchasing!).Great to see so many fetchies on this and managed to say hello to Helen,mick n phil - R4R shouted at me as he was racing along...something about 'come you fat...' couldn't hear the rest:)

4.19.26 according to me garmin, only started to come apart at 25 and then the last half mile was on autopilot as I came into the stadia, thought the support all the way round was good (even some nice milfs, knocking around)
