Sigh Sep 2021 8:55am, 25 Sep 2021 10,243 posts	0 Sigh For this poll: My answer would be, I use the same knife, but wipe it clean with a sheet of kitchen roll between the different uses, and (having folded the sheet in half) use the remaining part of the sheet to wipe the board over afterwards.
