Advice please about fat cats! Ours has been on a restrictive diet for weeks and isn’t losing weight. She could definitely be more active but we’ve had little success here either. Any tips please? I hate seeing her hungry with no weight loss!

Ours got put on diets a few years ago, eating the Royal Canin diet stuff which seemed to work - it's supposed to be more filling. They got more active as they got thinner, and even now (aged 17) will tear around like kittens and play football, which they didn't when they were larger. It might just be a case of finding the right food and the rest will follow.

I’m tempted by the Royal Canin as we went for cheaper options that she’s not interested in! Thanks RB.

Talking of fat cats, when I went to bed last night I forgot to put half a leftover keema nan in the fridge.
I suppose I should be relieved they didn’t manage to break into the curries beside it!
