Black and white cats are also hard to rehome - people seem to like tabbies and torties. After spending a few years volunteering at a cat shelter, I would hesitate to rehome a tortie as those were the ones that always gave me trouble!
Welshpoppy Dec 2022 10:14am, 17 Dec 2022 2,532 posts	0 Welshpoppy It is so strange as I have said my old boy was black and his sister was white .I did not like tabbies or tortoise.Tintin is a mix of white with a black tail and black markings so a mix of my 2 old cats;-) He is 3 months old and grown so big and such a joy as well as naughty:-) I guess we like what we like .

He liked to sit in an open grand piano, so it was quite funny to be playing away then suddenly nothing coming out because the cat was sitting on those notes' strings!
