I'm liking that idea Paul, that running can fix it! As with everything, I think just time, and hope, seem to help!
I think the idea was consistency and the body’s own strength it brings. My running at the time was too stop-start so I literally ran into injury after injury. In hindsight I probably ran too quick too often too.

Fortunately being too quick isn't a problem for me! Hope everyone's calves are getting better! G

Stef wanted to go for a gentle run last night but we did a walk instead. Might do a gentle jog/walk at the weekend

I got a massage yesterday and she reckoned it was all OK. Hmm, a wee run today planned. G

It seems quite settled now 😀 I’ve just done my longest run since April, 3.5 miles, run/walk. No issues other than a bit of tiredness I’d expect having hardly run since then.
I just need my knee to keep healing.

That's good DT.
I managed 10.5 very slowly on Sun morn, and have half mara on Sat coming. Felt fine Sun, Mon, but feels a bit tender now. Psychosomatic praps?! G
