Something along the lines of 'I wake up each morning excited and inspired by the thought of insurance premium finance. If you're not similarly excited and inspired by insurance premium finance, maybe this isn't the company for you...' I can guarantee that no-one else in that room was feeling either excited or inspired by insurance premium finance at that moment.

He left about a month later, much to everyone's delight and mirth. (Actually, I've now lost count of how many company "leaders" I've outlasted, and very few of them have impinged on the direction on the company one jot!)
