the cafe bar at the Riverside Picture house picturehouses.co.uk is a good venue from . . and the prices are v good compared to Betty's but space can be hard to find . . you have to subtly take over one seat after another as others leave  but I guess we'd have to do that anywhere

Betty's have fat rascals though... Although I could just buy one to take away and scoff it as a back up cake later in the day

i often take small child to the kids club at picture house but never used it as a cafe. We tend to go to cafe andros for coffee and cake I s'pose or we have the usual costa etc. Have to confess to more often than not going to BHS for the bargain breakfast
