And forgot to say - don't eat in the restaurant in the White Hart -it's gone down hill rapidly - we've had 2 crap meals on 2 consecutive occasions now.

Right, week to go, starting to get excited about a tour of Freiston fen

After a scorching weekend and hearing tales of heat induced misery from Paris/Rotterdam/Brighton pleased to see that we're currently forecast a nice 11'C for next Monday - might be a bit windy though :-O

Wind from NW though so mostly a crosswind - will be fine I'm sure, it's not like the route is exposed or anything :-)

It doesn't matter what I do before I leave the house, I am still going to need at least one pee before the start of the race!

Mind you, I did manage to use a portaloo without a queue during last year's race - and that's unheard of!!
