The thing I like about this kind of thing is that you get to define your own adventure ..... anyhow, overnight it appears that he's been going pretty well:

You need to have faith DT. You've targeted it now, wouldn't it be better to train and go for a sub-15 rather than postponing? Better to try and fail than be left wondering if you can?

I still have desire to do the Frog (Graham, not man). I hate swimming and that’d be the big challenge for me. I wouldn’t be bothered about a time
