Should you choose the one directly ahead, or choose the one on the left. I chose the one of the left and found it a bloody nightmare. In places the erosion is bad I think it might give way. I got to the top but the other way must be better?
flyingfinn Oct 2020 12:05am, 19 Oct 2020 2,296 posts	0 flyingfinn FR the best gully to use is Red Gully which is the next one to the east of the one that is shown as having a public footpath down it on the OS map, that one is lethal! So coming from below you do want the one on the left. It is very obvious from the colour of the rocks if you've got the correct one.
