Thank you, thank you *takes bow* I am deeply aware that so far all I've done is send some money over t'internet, whether I can actually complete so much as one mile of the course remains to be seen.
SSU, I go out of my tiny mind on the roads. Much rather do something I have to concentrate on.
Sorry to be a bit fick, but I saw something somewhere about Beachy being laps. I didn't think that was true. Enlightenment, anyone? (Too lazy to go and check the website. Good start! )

I think the laps bit was the RW group (including TMW) who are running it twice - backwards early in the morning, then the normal race - why don't you join them

Obviously backwards meaning the route the opposite way, not running backwards.
That would be a challenge!!!

Well, yes. If you run backwards you'd have to take it off your training log.

It's ok ,you don't have to pay twice - the first lap is an unofficial training run with a few of the RW forumites.
See, you *can* do it

It's not laps, but neither is it a point-to-point as mistakenly identified on the RW directory! J ust one BIG circle...
Hi Kew. Starting in August, eh? I have to start now or I won't make it alive!

Erm, I just remembered I'm busy that day, Jen. I've got a vital 5k that morning. Damn!
Ah, good. One. Big. Circle.
My favourite shape. Easy. Uh huh.
