I found the course easy enough to run but if you have bad knees a couple of the steep decents are uncomfortable.
I would not do it again though as I found it quite dull
Snowdon was far more impressive

Oh, do hurry Lyra--I hope you can still get in! I was sent my number over a month ago, so I'd figured it must be full up, but maybe not?
Anyway, I wouldn't listen to Gobi, who is after all a machine "easy" and "dull" are not what most normal people say about it.

Yes, only decided last weekend to (perhaps) do it. Club secretary seems to think that even if I don't get a place, there may be a spare one going somewhere in my club.

completely agree with your sentiments expressed on another thread about downland hills being more interesting than flat roads (or somesuch, slightly paraphrased there!).
