Current plan *touch wood* is for me and Liebling to come to Eastbourne on Friday night. We'll be too late for the meal - but as Liebling's not massively good with the noise I'm not sure we'd be there anyway.
On Saturday, I'll 'run' Beachy. Liebling is just intending to go for a there and back walk along the cliffs possibly as far as Exceat and back.

I was going to ask if you wanted to join us McG, but I figured maybe not because it will be super noisy in the restaurant from past experience. Liebling’s plan is good, she can laugh at the runners near the end :)

My plan is to run walk for ten miles or so and then bail and get to the end to cheer you all on. MrS is going to have a little run towards Hastings. I’m looking forward to it all but foot has plateaued (funny word) at mild discomfort and I don’t want to push the distance. I’d rather be running next week than do or die now. I’ll see all the runners at the start :-)

Ten miles would get you to Alfriston-ish I think, Seren. How will you get to the end? From there to the end via the SDW is still about 10 miles I think - that was what me and Liebling recced the other weekend.

I’ve looked at alfriston and littlington and the road bit just past littlington - there are cafes near all those places where I can stop and wait for mrS to collect me - if Liebling wants to run near me we can give her a lift back I know she needs to concentrate on running when she’s running. I’m “doing a Mo” this year - just a bit to see how it goes :-)
