Current plan *touch wood* is for me and Liebling to come to Eastbourne on Friday night. We'll be too late for the meal - but as Liebling's not massively good with the noise I'm not sure we'd be there anyway.
On Saturday, I'll 'run' Beachy. Liebling is just intending to go for a there and back walk along the cliffs possibly as far as Exceat and back.

I was going to ask if you wanted to join us McG, but I figured maybe not because it will be super noisy in the restaurant from past experience. Liebling’s plan is good, she can laugh at the runners near the end

My plan is to run walk for ten miles or so and then bail and get to the end to cheer you all on. MrS is going to have a little run towards Hastings. I’m looking forward to it all but foot has plateaued (funny word) at mild discomfort and I don’t want to push the distance. I’d rather be running next week than do or die now. I’ll see all the runners at the start

Ten miles would get you to Alfriston-ish I think, Seren. How will you get to the end? From there to the end via the SDW is still about 10 miles I think - that was what me and Liebling recced the other weekend.

I’ve looked at alfriston and littlington and the road bit just past littlington - there are cafes near all those places where I can stop and wait for mrS to collect me - if Liebling wants to run near me we can give her a lift back I know she needs to concentrate on running when she’s running. I’m “doing a Mo” this year - just a bit to see how it goes
