You’re welcome Paula, it wasn’t far off my route Similar time to Paula obviously which is something close to my PB I think but with a massive negative split (which included the pub stop) because I did the first half in 3.40! I’m dead impressed at myself. I was cold and just wanted it over. Not bad on bugger all long runs

I can’t imagine going for a long walk tomorrow! Half a pint at 16 miles 12bardavid, it’s the secret to enjoying the last 10 miles in my experience
