H - agree completely. We remarked on it several times on the way round, and picked up a few (some of them unused which then got used to save a few pennies).
There is *no* excuse for leaving gel wrappers lying around. Even if you don't have pockets you have hands - carry them to the next marhsal (and it's not if it would have been a long wait!). And if you drop one, stop and pick it up. Show some responsibility and respect for the beautiful place you are running rather than ruining it.
(sorry for the rant, but this really pisses me off)

Littering pisses me off too. Me & Bernard both noticed it. Why you need that many gels when there was an abundance of mars bars ever 4 miles I don't know.
In triathlon you get DQd for dropping litter.

oh, ok, that wasn't hard.. 380Mb of stuff on a 400Kbps upload.. that's 45.66 KB/s so 2 hours and 22 mins. And 2.59 secs. Mr Bliss posted at 2:08pm, so the upload should be finished by 4:30pm. That's 2 minutes from now 
Next he'll say he has to index them or something.. pah!
