Damn it! Went out for a run last night, a nice easy 5 miles to keep me ticking over for Sunday. All was OK up until about the last couple of miles when my right hip began to ache, then on the last mile or so I got a sharp pain and sudden weakness in the hip. I managed to limp home and after stretching, rest and painkillers, it is now just a dull ache. It's a bit worrying so close to the race though
