Clipless pedals are great. I want some.
Sorry to ask to repeat but does it work as follows:
-Bare feet to cycle transition; -Clipless shoes already attached to pedals; -Cycle shoes to running shoes in running transition.

Those are called clips Luiz, hence "clipless" when referring to racing pedals without them.

Yes, you can still buy clips. You may have to go to a quite bike shop though!

Depends how good you are at getting in and out of your cycling shoes whilst whilst moving. Personally I am rubbish, so I put mine on and take them off in transition.

is 27=27 minutes ? 10 TT =10 mile time trial?
Yes and Yes.
Prices vary for clipless pedals, start at £30 ish for pedals, and £30 ish for shoes if you go via sales / bargain bins. As with all cycling gear you can spend plenty more on them if you like

srsly though - my bike was £500 and it's been fine. I'll never win anything - but that's because I'm not a great cyclist. More bike training plus losing half a stone would make alot more difference than anoher £1500 on a bike....

Luiz - as somebody else said, you get used to clipless pedals very quickly. Practice in the park on the grass where it wont matter if you fall off. Getting your feet out is all about technique. However it makes a huge difference to your cycling if you use clipless pedals. Clips and straps are a right pain. Your feel much more secure in clipless; and therefore you can deliver more power. So the theory goes.

Phew, I'm so glad that the bike doesn't make that much of a difference, I wasn't planning on spending more than ~£500. The clips, pedals etc is just very confusing for a newbie and I think I'll have a heart attack the first time out in clips or clipless or whatever
On the other hand, I could use to lose about 2 stone, would definitely make me more speedy!
