I have run in three times in spikes but only old 6mm makes the short tarmac bit a little risky but any lost is re-gained in the grass sections particularly against road shoes. hope to do a run around the course tomorrow.

At the moment I'm thinking I'll wear my X-Talons not spikes but I'll wait to see what the Chiefy course report says regarding the amount, depth and slippiness of the mud/grass.
