Rules of Play are a board game shop in Cardiff. Looks like a great shop to visit when we can.

That Castle Arcade, where their shop is, is a wonderful place full of weird little shops and much dusty pokiness. I used to love working in Cardiff.

I wouldn’t be surprised to find that JKR had been inspired by the Cardiff arcades (and The Shambles in York too).

StuH Seafarers gets a big thumbs up from our household. We all like the option to buy ships and head for islands. We've played two games of the basic game and I think we're going to try the Fog Islands scenario next. It seems good value for money if you play all the different scenarios. Certain members of the family have moaned a bit, saying the 'popular' numbers don't come up enough. My middle son has set up a spreadsheet to record the numbers rolled.

Forgot to take a photo whilst it was out, but my daughter was given Disney’s Villainous for her birthday on Saturday. We really enjoyed it (and, unlike Scythe, it only took a couple of hours).
