Very busy day here but spent quality time with both grandchildren and had two lovely walks in the sunshine with 3 different dogs :)

You don't need to know this but I got a puncture half way to work and walked 3.5 miles pushing my bike.

You should be pleased you were on your bike as pushing a car for 3.5 miles with a puncture would have been a lot worse
