Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

How far behind are you Angus? If you’re just waiting to watch the finale then no, nothing terribly spoilery I would say.

In which case yes, spoilers all over the place! Sorry, mate.

Also I'm genuinely jealous that you're going to watch Andor for the first time. You're in for a treat.

How old are the younger Clydesdales? It's definitely a more adult SW show, although there's nothing gory or openly sexual. There is one "shit" and a couple of "b*stards". I think it's rated a 12+ by Disney.

I'm also envious. Watched ep 1 again today.

I definitely think/hope there is more to come out about Kenari

Without wishing to go too far out there in terms of historical parallels, it struck me when watching that the prisoners were very much dispensable slave labour, and it wasn't a great stretch from there to imagine that the slaves were being used to support the war effort of their jailer. And so it proved.

Droids would be cheaper and more efficient maybe? You're right that it works very neatly as they've done it but I think it might have worked pretty well the other way. All that suffering and we (and they) never get to know what it was even for? Heartbreaking.
