I like full-fat goat milk. I also like condensed milk in the bottom as I got used to having it that way in Indonesia, Laos and Vietnam. I don't crack open a tin of condensed v often as it doesn't keep v long, so a waste of money. I also like evaporated milk but it's hard to find without additives. I think my family got a taste for non-fresh milk while living in Hong Kong, so it's evocative of my childhood.

Soya milk for me - other dairy-free milk doesn't work for frothing. Has to be sweetened soya milk because unsweetened tastes like socks.

They are Phook, but I don't use them for 2 reasons:
I avoid buying plastic wherever possible. I avoid supporting Nestle, which are the only plastic tubes I've seen.

Runnybunny, have you tasted socks?
I sometimes have soya milk in my coffee. In fact, the only time I have normal milk is in my coffee and when no normal milk is available I have soya. It tastes quite different though.
