Morning gonks. A small run done. 3K. Didn't cough anything up. Didn't cry. Didn't die. Plan is to do Rutland Water parkrun tomorrow, as visiting Sal's sister tonight. I was hoping to pace Sal to a PB but I'll be aiming for 30-35 mins so will be wayyy behind her.
