Gype. 🙈 Over cold but been lacking appetite this week and sleeping about 10 hours every night. Took Covid test just in case but all good. Work will be a shock next week 😫

Up early to go to Southall parkrun DD has dropped out this morning so a lonely drive did quickly check public transport but the buses do not get me to the train station in time 🙄

Will nip to hospital tomorrow morning then am going home for a few days. Going to be a long haul and dad is going to need a lot of support so need to sort things out
