Oooh that's exciting! I've ordered one of phal's as well as one of mine.

I've just done the monthly virtual fetch mile and knocked 10 seconds off my last attempt. 6.52. Bit shocked 😲

Morning 700ers heart managed the gym yesterday. There is a ceiling collapsing in my mum’s house. Noone wants to know. A roofer is coming to look at it on Monday so am just praying for a period of good weather
