Nice social run this morning. Post run coffee in a not so classy pub. Always interesting and get a laugh when folk see a group of sweaty runners come in. And to see folks with a pint at 11am. Not us!

I went for a bike ride this morning. Did what I did last Wednesday at club and got lost in a wood, managed not to fall over in the mud and tree roots though. :)

Kim, sounds fun. I probably would have had a pint after a run though. Not so classy pubs are always funny for a pint, wouldn't want to stay much longer. :-)

bunting CD! Great time in your 10k!

I plodded out a 4 mile run, had a short dip in the sea and then headed over to son2's for the afternoon and dinner. They bought a very nice new rug this morning and the pattern suggested hopscotch or Grandmother's Footsteps so guess what I've been doing the grandchildren? :-)

A pint would have gone down a treat to be fair Som! Had car with me sadly. Though could have had a non-alcoholic one.

Kim it's where one of you turns your back and the others have to creep up on you, thd person whose back is turned turns round from time to time and the 'creepers' have to keep absolutely still or they're out.

At least, that's what we called it when I was a child. It's not an easy game to play with a nearly four and nearly two year old 😆

When I was a child we played a game like that called What's the time Mr Wolf? and a similar one called London where the person with their back turned would spell out London and turn quickly to catch someone moving.
