I knocked a few seconds off my 10k SB tonight - 49.15 - but have been eaten alive in the process but the clouds of mosquitoes accompanying us...

Good morning! The first post I read was Corrah's - what a great way to start my morning, I'm smiling broadly at that!

I too have been feasted upon AL but well done on a SB!

Eye test first thing this morning, then this afternoon the choir is singing at the Food and Drink Festival in town. Only exercise will be cycling to and from both and a bit of dancing. Perfect :-)

Morning. Slightly stressful start to the day as the clutch on the car is dead, we've managed to get it in somewhere today to be fixed, but weekend plans are having to be rethought!
