I used to do most of my runs early when I was working. I much prefer that time of day.

Those gods are mine too, I do not like early mornings.

I'm off for a little recovery run along the canal path. Legs don't feel too bad after last night. Busy afternoon and evening so have to fit in the run while I can. And it looks gorgeous! 👌

Run done. I went nearly to the top of Peak Hill but it was misty up there so I didn't linger. I also didn't run for much of it ;-)

Well I think I can safely say that Garioch 10k will be scrapped this weekend.

Whatever DQ has, she has passed on to me! Supposed to be watching grandson tonight, so their night away is cancelled too. 😒

Hope you feel better soon MaltDrinker.

My run felt fine, took it nice and easy. Legs very tired now. I have a school workshop this afternoon, it's only for an hour and I'm mainly be sat down so should be nice and easy. :-) Then it's the official opening of the postcard show tonight. Then the pub I reckon.
