Lip Gloss just run it and enjoy the route. Not sure I've ever actually 'raced' or certainly not for a long time.

You know you don’t have to do it just because you’ve entered, Lip Gloss. If you think you’ll enjoy it once you get there then go ahead but it’s also ok not to go. Just saying.

Well done the parkrunners. Good luck to this weekends racers. Bit creaky on my run this morning but at least it was dry. |

Thanks Ladies. I went round parkrun with Frollo today so we kept it nice and steady and like I’ve been doing lately I don’t look at my watch so was happy with today’s time. My back and glute will determine what kind of run I have tomorrow but it certainly won’t be fast and I will try and just enjoy a social run.

Afternoon gonks. Thonock Lane Farm parkrun was so good. 2 loops of farm fields wasn't the easiest but it was flat. The cakes and sausage rolls after were amazing. A small field. We both took it easy but were first in our age categories (helps when there's only 73 finishers).

3 minute course PB for me today. That hill never gets any easier but shows the hill reps done with my club are paying dividends 😁 |
