I went round parkrun with Frollo today so we kept it nice and steady and like I’ve been doing lately I don’t look at my watch so was happy with today’s time. My back and glute will determine what kind of run I have tomorrow but it certainly won’t be fast and I will try and just enjoy a social run.

The cakes and sausage rolls after were amazing. A small field. We both took it easy but were first in our age categories (helps when there's only 73 finishers).
