Som, I heard about a great website with hundreds of race listing and you can search by location, date and distance. They are all reviewed by users too, including scores for flatness and pb potential. No paywall either! If only I could remember what it is called... 😝 (Sorry, Some, love ya ❤️) |

Bit later in the year Sombrero but the Helena Tipping 10k (Wrexham) on 21st July is flat & fast. fetcheveryone.com/races/helena-tipping-wrexham-10k-9432020q It’s not the most scenic - mostly country lanes and a bit of industrial estate but it’s well organised. I’m not a parkrunner but there are several options. You might not fancy a weekend in Wrexham itself 😂 but plenty of nice places nearby

Thank you all. ITG, I have heard rumours of that  but thought recommendations would make us think of options we wouldn't usually think of  Nice run done, but feeling tired today. Teaching in Leeds later this afternoon. |

Well done Moo. It’s biblical weather here today and my plan said 4 miles of running but that’s not going to happen as I’m to physio now so afternoon will be spent resting |

Evening gonks. Rest day today - from running. Have driven to Leeds and back for a workshop. Off to the pub later to watch Pompey v Derby on the TV. *beer*
