Sombrero 6 Mar 1:27pm, 6 Mar 2024 13,977 posts	0 Sombrero That was a shocking tragedy MM I had the dentist this morning and a leaving do for a friend who works for one of the arts companies I often do workshops for tonight. No track for me tonight so I headed to the cricket pitch and round round that instead. Not only was it lovely and sunny but I managed to go sub 7 min miling for all of my 12 x 90 seconds intervals. I'm glad I walked the 30 sec recoveries as that was bloody hard. Was ace though.

Minor panic as baby called right as we were boarding (for the second time) to tell me he was at the hospital with OH who had cut himself! My first question was: was it an accident? 😮😮😮 Fortunately, in the words of Monty Python: it's only a flesh wound! Some glue should do the trick but if it opens he is to go back for stitches. Just as well I wasn't there or they would have had to call an ambulance when I fainted 😂. Not good with blood, me. Phew!
