Welcome Mozzer. Well done everyone who parkrunned / runned.

We did Nostell, it's gorgeous. I had just over 25 mins on my watch, my official time seems to be just under 25. Last week I had time added to my watch time so it all evens out. 😂😂

We've now picked up teenthing and heading to town. A beer place want to do some sort of collaboration with me so we're popping in for free beer testing. 😎💓

Queen Elizabeth Country Park parkrun today, I was probably more tentative than I needed to be as I was slightly scared by the description of the hill in the first timers welcome briefing, so I feel I could have done better. Unfortunately, it's a long drive to get there so I 'm unlikely to have the opportunity to repeat it.

Prospect park parkrun was a slippery sloppy mess 2 chaps ended up on their moon

Queen Elizabeth parkrun is on my to do list Andy though I shall wait for warmer months I have done X-country races at the venue.

I did 100m in the lido, the water felt cooler than I expected for 7.1* (that's degrees warmer than last time I swam there!) But sunshine makes such difference to the overall feel.

Perfect weather today down at the beach. Long time coming but got a sub 30 today :-) . Now just need to find the consistency.

Andy, that is a tough old course! I did it in winter last year (I think) and it was icy. Horrible lol
