Run done 6 minute intervals with as many hills as possible tough going first thing in the morning 🥵

Mum has been sectioned again and wont see us and i find i just can’t concentrate on blogs. I am so sure it is not a mental capacity issue but a failure to understand the risk of overwhelm if you take away all the ability of an autistic person to have any control over their life, and their is a grim amount of evidence around how often this happens. I almost snuck on here yesterday to plead to be excused thread mothering but i think id miss you all too much and thats just a splash of self-pity and self-destruction
