bunting for Kim's course PB.

Next week I'm away on a retreat (from which I may or may not return with a halo) so shan't be around on Fetch. And unlikely to attempt catch-up with this thread, as it moves too fast. Wonder what is our average number of posts per 24 hours?

I wish you a serene retreat Columba and look forward to seeing the halo :-)

I've persuaded OH that we don't need to go home til Tuesday. This means I can go to the club run tomorrow evening and join what I hope will be a very gentle run. Lots of the club ran various iterations of the Exe Valley Trail - many accompanying Jo Earlam on her 100th marathon, Corrah - so I suspect turnout will either be light or only of people wanting a gentle recovery run.

Columba, if your halo needs polishing when you get back, we can take it in turns to keep it sparkly for you. Have a good time.

I have runned. It was chucking it down when I left the house, so cap and gillet were put on. They lasted a minute as the rain stopped almost straight away. A nice 5 miles done.
