Evening all

Have walked, small bike ride, paddleboard, walked and had a very strange experience with my knee today. I knocked it at the till whilst paying, I instantly felt sick, clamy and thought I was going to pass out. My knee looked very strange but then was suddenly OK. Not sure what happened but do wonder if it popped out. It's a little bit swollen now but other than that OK. Very bizarre

MM, I'm knackered just reading that. Hope the knee is ok.

I am shattered today - haven't slept properly for a few nights and it's caught up with me. Drove to Leeds and back to do a workshop. Didn't run, will run tomorrow.

Bizarre indeed. Hope it stays ok MM.

Nice social run tonight. Got absolutely drenched. Was prepared though. Remembered towel for drive home so seat not soaked.

sounds very sore, MM. Is it a bit like when you whack your elbow on the funny bone? Hurts to buggery for a few minutes then passes? I hope it is nothing serious.

I continue to limp onwards but I am not in any pain.

How's it feeling now, Mandy? And looking?
Just over 2 miles done this evening with the running club's small 'gentle' group. 3 times round a loop which includes a very steep uphill. But I only did that hill twice; chickened-out of the 3rd time.
