In more: ITG and the President news that you Could Not Make Up.

DS15 started his summer job at the airport bar (which changed ownership today and now has a Napolitan owner who cannot speak Icelandic and is not great at English - hence importance of hiring DS15). The President stopped for a coffee on his arrival in Akureyri and DS15 served him. I kid you not.

Apparently, there is photographic evidence which will be shared in due course.

CK2, it might be worth phoning your pod for advice, maybe you need checking out again after a couple of weeks running again, especially if your gait had changed a bit. (When I got my orthotics, I had to go back to my chiropractor for getting my hips re-aligned. :-o )

I hope the parkrun goes well alpenrose and good advice on the podiatrist. I’ll call her next week. I’m just feeling sorry for myself as I’ve been injured for much of this year.
