Belated Merry Christmas to you all and happy boxing day.

Yesterday was spent building lego train tracks, scalextic, other lego and other things like aircraft carriers, aeroplanes etc.

Back home now, been to see some mates, now walking the dog before chilling for the night

I went for a walk this morning. My stomach was a bit iffy so didn’t want to chance going a run as unsure what would be open

Just noticed that I hit 600 miles at parkrun on Monday, hopefully next year will be better for 700.

Sorry I haven't checked yesterday or until now today. We've had a lovely Christmas with the family. They're all back in their respective homes now, and I settled down to watch the programme about Charles and Camilla. As that wore on I felt more and more uncomfortable and have just been very sick 🤢 No idea why, though I think I have been a bit stressed about getting everything 'just right' and it's just a reaction to that. I feel better now but I'm going to bed soon. Doesn't spoil what's been a very good time :-)
