Sombrero That's the race my club helps organise, I won't be there as I'm already booked for a walk. Nice flat course round country lanes. You may get wet feet. Enjoy. :)

Morning! Miserable weather here too but yoga this morning & I did run last night. Won’t get anywhere near 700 miles this year but tbf it’s nobody’s fault but my own - I should have got off my arse earlier in the year 😁

I find some running helps my calf. Last advice was to run for 30 min and then have 2 days rest for two weeks and keep up with calf raises. Trying to run fast once a week is not a good plan for dodgy calfs

Hello all

Another early start and some extra hours too so 6 hours on feet pushing, twisting lifting etc. Have moved todays gym session to Saturday as need to walk the dog and rest before tomorrow's early start.

I have even more respect for shop workers now
