Morning. Very early dog walk as Mr Moo is poorly and I started work at 6am.

Home and chilled now - need to go for a run at some point

Hello there!

Feeling a bit better today though when I went for my run I attempted my virtual mile and gave up after 250m :-(

I hadn't done my 45 minute run that was on the plan for yesterday so I did that instead, though I did take some walking breaks. So by that yardstick I think I'm not quite 100% - maybe 95%!

Tough day here - funeral for a friend, my age, who was diagnosed with cancer this summer and leaves behind two teenagers. No one should die in their forties.

ITG, sorry to hear that :-( Hugs.

I did one workshop this morning and have another tonight. My plan was to do a run this afternoon but daughter couldn't get back in her mum's house after college so I have picked her up, got her a KFC and she's here warming up!

I may run later. Workshop finishes at 8.30.
