I have been busy, but play stopped by a nasty cold. I feel awful and it's going to stop me getting to 100 miles for the month :(

Morning all!

Enjoy the Cotswolds AR - anywhere near me?

Might go out with the Sidmouth club for a run this evening as I probably won't get time for the training plan run tomorrow. Will need to charge my chest torch for the first time this year if I do!

Morning peeps, cough was a bugger last night again.

New Garmin is set up so I guess I should try it out. Not run for about a week so it will be slow.

Enjoy playing with the new garmin. Mine is ordered, thanks to a great discount with daughters student card.

Worse of cold done with here, just heavy head. OH has the full ticket, sore throat, cough etc.

Had a run. Was wet and I got a full on proper splash from a van driver. Plus had to pause in the middle due to food shopping delivery

It's great being able to run during the day isn't it? :)
30 minutes out, 33 minutes back along my usual trail this morning - 6.8 miles.
It was 4 degrees and raining. I find it fascinating that if I was just choosing a time during the day to run, I'd probably have canned it due to the weather, but because I was dropping Mrs TR off at her friend's which is 3/4 of the way to the trail start the possibility of not running never raised its head.
