My past couple of days have involved much train travel including 6.5 hours stuck 8 miles outside Edinburgh station.

That sounds awful Idris! What was the cause. I’m glad you made it ok.

I was vaguely contemplating Tonbridge parkrun but it’s cancelled because of flooding so that sorts that one out.

I think I might have found a small, unofficial, local group of runners …
